At Horse Lines we have developed a fully customisable stock saddle fender range. This range is designed to give you as close to a custom saddle as possible without the hefty price tag or extended wait time. Step 1: Choose your base saddle

We have a range of customisable changeable gullet saddles available. Whether you prefer leather or synthetic, black or brown, chocolate or burgundy, neoprene or felt underside we have an option for you. Unsure which is the best option for you? We can help you decide. 

Step 2: Choose your seat size

Saddles can be measured in several different ways, which often leads to confusion when purchasing a saddle. Here at Horse Lines, we want to ensure you have a saddle that is comfortable for you to sit in for hours on end. We will work with you to select the correct seat size for your body. 

Step 3: Choose your fender length

Here at Horse Lines we know that everyone does not have the same length leg. This is why we work with you to select the most appropriate fender length for you. This ensures you can set your fender at the correct length. Thereby ensuring you are not only comfortable whilst riding, but your leg is in the correct position to optimise your leg aids and ultimately get the best performance possible out of your horse.

Step 4: Choose your gullet size

If you are unsure which gullet size is most appropriate for your horse, we can talk you through how to accurately measure your horse's gullet so we can fit the correct gullet into your new saddle.

FAQ’S:

1. I would like to purchase my customisable changeable gullet stock saddle. How do I proceed?

Simply purchase your base saddle through the website and we will call you to work through the customisation process or call us on 0409994409 to start the process. 

2. How long will it take to size myself and my horse?

This is a quick process that will commence with a phone call and be completed via email. During the initial phone call we will ask you to email us a few body measurements and some photos of you and your horse. We will then use these to accurately size both yourself and your horse so we can assemble your customised saddle.

3. How long will it take to get my customised saddle?

Once you place your order, we can assemble your saddle and have it in the post to you within 2-5 business days. All our saddles are shipped in padded saddle bags which are included free with your saddle. Australia Post shipping times vary depending on where you live. We recommend using the Australia Post website for the most up to date estimated shipping times. 

SADDLE SIZING:

We offer free saddle sizing to all our customers. There are many factors that influence what size saddle will be most suitable for you and your horse. These include your height and weight, the horse’s size as well as various factors on the saddle itself. 

To add to the complication of saddle sizing, there are different techniques used to measure saddles. This means a 15” saddle may be considered both a small saddle or a large saddle depending on how it was measured. For this reason, we offer free saddle sizing to all our customers to ensure you get the perfect fit. Call us today on 0409994409 to discuss your requirements. 

During this phone call we will talk you through a number of questions, explain how to accurately measure your horse's gullet and ask for a few photos. We will then compile all of this information to determine the most suitable seat size, gullet size and fender length for your personalised saddle. 

SHIPPING:

All of our saddles are shipped in a padded saddle bag that is included free of charge with all saddle purchases. 

Within Australia: We offer a subsidised shipping fee of $65 on all saddles anywhere in Australia.

To New Zealand: We offer a subsidised shipping fee of $165 to anywhere in New Zealand.

Anywhere else in the World: We are happy to ship anywhere in the world and do so on a regular basis. Contact us to discuss shipping prices. 

SADDLE TRIAL:

Within Australia: To ensure suitability and comfort we offer a five (5) day trial period. This means that you can order a saddle, trial it on your own horse and if not suitable we will exchange or refund the sale.

CONDITIONS APPLY:

·       Saddle trial period commences as soon as the saddle is delivered. If you wish to return the saddle contact must be made with us within 5 days of receiving the saddle

·       Saddle must be returned clean and with no marks or damage

·       Purchaser accepts responsibility for all incurred shipping costs (note this means real shipping costs, not the subsidised shipping price) 

·       Monies will be refunded once the saddle is returned to our warehouse

·       Total amount refunded will exclude actual shipping fees incurred by us (not subsidised fee charged to purchaser) and any payment charges in the transaction (such as PayPal charges, Zippay or Afterpay fees that are not refunded to us) 

Outside Australia: Due to quarantine regulations, it is both difficult and expensive to import saddles into Australia. We are therefore unable to offer trials on saddles shipped outside of Australia.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase if the product is found to be faulty and we are unable to repair or find a replacement. Goods must be returned in an unused condition.  

Please choose carefully. Exchanges for different sizes will be considered however not all colours and/or sizes may be available, and any postage costs will be at your expense. 

We will only accept returns when the goods are returned in unused condition.
