Horse Lines use Australia Post to send our customers orders anywhere in Australia . Postage and packaging to you is $50 per  saddle  anywhere in Australia .

Other Shipping / Collection Options

You can arrange to collect the good either from our Subiaco office or Serpentine warehouse.

You also use your own courier or collection agent for volume orders at your cost for collection at either of these locations.

Wholesale Customers

In addition to the above shipping and collection options we also offer a customer direct service for our wholesale clients. This means that you can order products on behalf on your customers and have them delivered directly to them. Standard delivery charges apply as per above.

Returning Purchases

Horse Lines guarantees the quality on all rugs  and saddle sold and will replace or refund any faulty products. All goods are covered by 100% money back guarantee, excluding postage & handling charges as well as bank fees (2%).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging along with all tags etc attached to the article and a copy of the invoice docket within 5 days of receipt. 

We will then replace the goods for you or refund your purchase price, excluding any postage & handling charges. 

If you do want to return an item we strongly recommend you register your returning parcel as Horse Lines will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

Please note that we are unable to accept items for return which are damaged or soiled. In other words goods must be in new condition.

Guarantee on rugs and boots

We prefer care be taken to ensure you get the fit correct but as a safeguard for you so you buy without risk we offer a money back guarantee, return to base on our rugs and protective boots. We do need the product to be as new with the packaging intact.

If for any reason you want to return the rug or boots we will either swap for a different size or pay a full refund, you pay freight both ways.


Guarantee on saddles

With saddles we understand individual comfort and feel is important and you cannot replicate how the saddle feels until you get it on our own horse. A new saddle feels stiff so it is not for a little while that you know this is the saddle for you.

To help meet these needs we offer you a 5 day trial on your own horse. The condition is if you do want to return the saddle it must be clean and unmarked so we can reasonably sell this as a new saddle.

 You pay freight both ways. This is done in good faith so please, if you are looking for us to take the saddle back don’t abuse the saddle or treat it in a way that you would not treat your
