Returning Purchases Horse Lines guarantees the quality on all rugs and saddle sold and will replace or refund any faulty products. All goods are covered by 100% money back guarantee, excluding postage & handling charges as well as bank fees (2%). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging along with all tags etc attached to the article and a copy of the invoice docket within 5 days of receipt. If you do want to return an item we strongly recommend you register your returning parcel as Horse Lines will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.
