To ensure suitability and comfort we offer a five
(5) day trial period. This means that you can order a saddle, trial
it on your own horse and if not suitable we will exchange or refund
the sale.
The condition is if you want to return the saddle it must be in a
clean, unmarked state so we can reasonably sell this as a new
saddle.
Purchaser is also required to cover freight costs both ways.
In addition to our trial period all saddles have a minimum 12 month
return-to-base warranty on the tree.
