Leather Quality

In the House Lines styles saddles the leather we use is high grade vegetable tanned cow hide predominantly sourced from wholesalers in America. Unfortunately we cannot get a regular source of Australian vegetable tanned skirting of sufficient quality so we are forced to use imported leather.

In the RAW LEATHER styles we use a more economy range of rough out leather that we buy on leather market as we can from time to time.

For saddles we offer a 5 day trial guarantee. Try the saddle for  5 days , check the quality and feel of the leather. Make sure you are happy with the feel. If you like it that’s fine. If the size is wrong or you feel you want a different model or even cash back that is no problem.  You pay freight both ways. The only condition is that the saddle must be returned as new , clean and able to be fairly sold as a new saddle. This trial takes the risk out of buying without sitting in the saddle.

Horse Lines guarantees the quality on all rugs sold and will replace or refund any faulty products.
All goods are covered by Money Back Guarantee, excluding postage & handling charges we have incurred with the order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your rug or boots, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging along with all tags etc attached to the article and a copy of the invoice docket within 30 days of receipt.

We will then replace the goods for you or refund your purchase price, excluding any postage & handling charges.
If you do want to return a rug we strongly recommend you register your returning parcel as Horse Lines will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit.

To process a return, as you could understand, we cannot accept boots or rugs that are dirty or soiled, horse rugs must be clean & free from debris.

We subsidise the freight component and guarantee of $50 maximum postage on a single item anywhere in Australia, one way.
