If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your rug or boots, please return it to us in its original condition and packaging along with all tags etc attached to the article and a copy of the invoice docket within 30 days of receipt. If you do want to return a rug we strongly recommend you register your returning parcel as Horse Lines will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in return transit. Due to health regulations we will not accept boots or rugs that are dirty or soiled, horse rugs MUST be clean & free from debris, if not they will be returned to you at your cost.
